Your first Herb Consults follow up evaluation is free! This is included as part of your initial online herbal consultation.

We want to know how you’re responding to your herbal medicines and keep track of your progress. Many people are unaware that herbal formulas should be changed as you exhibit changes in your health and recovery. This ensures that you’ll get the best results possible!

At the end of your initial phone consultation, we will schedule your first follow up evaluation. This should take place about a week after you have started your herbs. All follow-up evaluations must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of the initial consultation.**

You will receive a link to an evaluation form via e-mail once your first follow-up evaluation is scheduled. This form is very short – it’s nothing like the health history questionnaire. However, please look at it when you receive it as it has instructions on how to monitor your progress.

Then depending on your health problem, condition, severity and so on, we’ll schedule future evaluations. You could be anywhere from every two weeks to every three-to-six months. Everyone is different and everyone’s health problem manifests differently even from others with the same problems.

As for your herbal regime, it could stay the same or it could change. We will give you our best estimate of what you should expect. Depending on the frequency of your evaluations, we will order more herbs at this time.

Note: A prerequisite for the follow-up evaluations is an initial herbal consultation.

Your Herb Consults Follow-Up Evaluation includes:

A 15 – 30 minute one-on-one phone call to discuss your progress, any other questions you may have, and a determination of the herbal course of treatment.

A re-evaluation form to monitor your progress.

A review of the food/dietary recommendations.

A review of the vitamin and mineral supplement recommendations.

Plus, you’ll receive a written report of your evaluation.

Payment

You can choose to pay for your first follow-up evaluation either via PayPal Invoicing or by providing your MasterCard/Visa credit card information over the phone to us.

Presently, we are taking your Mastercard / Visa credit card payments over the phone (12/09). Hopefully, my merchant company will clear up the problem we’ve been having online and I can offer an easy online option again soon.

** All first follow-up evaluations must be completed within 30 days of the initial online herbal consultation. The extra time is to allow for delivery of herbs. If you do not schedule your first follow-up evaluation in this time period, and wish to do it at a later time, you will be required to pay for it at the current rate. Herbal recommendations are based on your presentation at the time of your consultation. Our bodies are not fixed but fluid in that they change from day-to-day and month-to-month. You would require another in-depth evaluation if you miss this window of time.
